Doc Mommy Diva LLC is a space for creative engagement around book publications and documentary projects. I am a Doctor (Ph.D.) by training, a Mommy by God, and a Diva among the many dynamic women who make up my tribe. Doc Mommy Diva sets out to promote solidarity around everything in life that challenges our purpose, individuality, and pursuit of  joy. Celebrating life through storytelling is my superpower.

ABOUT VICKIE

Vickie Suggs-Jones is an author, editor, and storyteller at heart. She is also a diversity and inclusion advocate and Adjunct Professor of Mass Communications at North Carolina Central University.

Her background includes more than 25 years as a higher education administrator, researcher, and faculty member. As a scholar, she has published academic books, book chapters, and journal articles.

In the summer of 2021, she launched Doc Mommy Diva LLC to serve as an incubator for the projects that inspire her.
